Farming ,particularly in Kenya has been hit by severe disaster especially due to drought that is worst felt during the hot month of January. This is has been a major drawback to the government's goal of ensuring
that the country has a sustainable food supply ,therefore my solution is aimed at the utilization of the
scarce commodity which is water in enhancing subsistence farming by small farmers pulling their resources together to practice small-scale irrigation
